How does the free trial work?
14 days, full Fleet features, no credit card required. Connect your first vessel and run a full morning worklist cycle before deciding.
Can I switch plans mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What's included in shore sync?
Your shore office gets a live dashboard — task statuses, escalation flags, conflict alerts, and daily worklist summaries delivered to your operations team without crew intervention.
Do you offer onboarding support for new fleets?
Starter and Fleet plans include standard onboarding guides. Enterprise includes a dedicated onboarding specialist and fleet migration support.
How is vessel count counted?
Active vessels are counted monthly — vessels offline for more than 30 days are not billed. You can reassign a slot to a replacement vessel at any time.
Is there a discount for multi-year contracts?
Multi-year Enterprise contracts include additional discounts. Contact sales to discuss a 2–3 year agreement.
